Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years inventory control experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and data-entry software.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle/Sage 100 or similar systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine physical inventory counts and audits.
• Reconcile discrepancies and research variances.
• Maintain and update inventory databases and systems.
• Track plant material and movements, manage reporting.
• Identify damaged or obsolete material and assist forecasting.
• Communicate with purchasing, sales, finance, and operations.
• Conduct basic data analysis and calculations.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
