Avient Corporation is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee production lines and drive safe, efficient operations at the Winona, MN facility. You will prioritize maintenance and process engineering workloads, manage shift teams, and align with plant and company goals in EH&S, quality, and productivity.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with hands-on manufacturing leadership, Lean Six Sigma training, and SAP/MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing leadership experience with prior supervisory responsibility.
• Experience in composites or plastics preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma or other CI training/certifications.
• SAP (ERP) system experience.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manages manufacturing functions on all shifts, ensuring safety and production flow.
• Develops and analyzes production reports and resolves operational issues to minimize costs.
• Leads supervisors and production leads, supports employee problem solving.
• Supports training of production associates with SOPs and accountable practices.
• Collaborates across plant teams to meet overall plant expectations.
• Identifies projects to improve manufacturing performance.
• Acts as site lead in absence of Plant Manager.
