Qualifications

• Minimum five years of manufacturing or warehousing experience.
• Supervisor or management experience.
• Associate degree required; degree alternative may be accepted with relevant managerial experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a safety culture for the plant.
• Supervise production shift supervisors and hourly employees.
• Maintain production schedule, inventory levels, capacity plan and forecasting.
• Ensure production line operates within Atlas specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate technical/process changes to the plant manager.
• Coordinate plant trials on new products, processes or raw material changes.
• Maintain relationships between management and employees and enforce policies.
• Collaborate with Accounting to reconcile and report data.
• Lead routine personnel meetings with production staff.
• Occasional travel to corporate offices, other Atlas plants, customers, or vendors.
