Jobot is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to own and improve manufacturing processes, drive efficiency, and lead cross-functional projects. The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and process validation to ensure high quality and throughput.

The candidate will support new product launches, develop documentation, and work with ERP systems to manage improvements across production lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve manufacturing processes, performance, and control systems.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions using Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, RCCA.
• Reduce scrap, improve yield, and optimize throughput and quality.
• Support new product launches, process validations, and engineering trials.
• Develop and improve manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and control plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead project management using ERP.
