• 10+ years of operations management experience in food, beverage or pharma manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven change agent with continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead all manufacturing operations including safety, production efficiency, and financial performance.
• Translate strategic plans into site-level tactical plans and track results.
• Drive continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, cost and service goals.
• Ensure optimal organizational design and develop talent for high performance.
• Manage costs affecting plant performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide a safe working environment and practice GMPs.
