Sabre Industries, Inc. seeks a Plant Manager in Marshall, TX to lead all plant operations, including production, shipping, and maintenance.

You will drive performance, safety, and cost management while aligning with corporate strategy and capital projects. You will mentor and develop staff, optimize scheduling and production flow, and partner with quality, R&D, and purchasing to implement improvements across the facility.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management/Operations or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of steel manufacturing leadership experience (production, shipping, inventory, maintenance).
• Experience with best practices, continuous improvement, and lean tools including Six Sigma, 5-S, lean manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Direct and coordinate all plant activities, reviewing performance against plans and reporting results to management.
• Provide hands-on, energetic leadership and training to staff to achieve plant and company goals.
• Oversee profitability, manufacturing efficiency, and cost containment; assist in budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure proper staffing to meet business goals and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with home office for strategy alignment and cross‑department coordination.
• Stay ahead of operations developments and implement improvements.
• Foster a performance-based culture focused on results and safety.
