Nucor Corporation is hiring a Plant Manager for the CHI Overhead Doors Service Center in Lathrop, CA. This leadership role directs customer service and operations, partners with sales, and develops teammates to their fullest potential while shaping a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

You will drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while engaging across departments to grow revenue and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience managing a standalone business operation.
• 5 years experience in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or applicable field. Equivalent experience and training will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop team to fullest potential through mentoring and leadership.
• Drive P&L results through continuous improvement.
• Lead Customer Service and Warehouse Operations by ensuring processes and policies are followed.
• Engage Customers and Sales to grow revenue and improve the customer experience.
• Assist in strategy and execution to gain market share.
• Ensure all teammates follow company, state, and federal policies.
• Capable of performing multiple roles across customer service, accounting, and operations.
