Gibraltar Building Products is seeking a Plant Manager to provide strategic and hands-on leadership for our manufacturing facility. You will champion safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development to meet customer expectations and drive continuous improvement.

In this role, you will lead production planning, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and develop leaders across shifts to sustain operational excellence and a culture of accountability and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven success leading operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, production, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety Leadership initiatives to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
• Direct Delivery & Operational Performance to meet on-time delivery and efficiency.
• Drive Cost Management & Continuous Improvement using lean methods.
• Provide People & Culture Leadership to develop leaders and foster engagement.
• Monitor Quality & Customer Satisfaction and uphold certifications.
