Job summary

Bay Insulation of Missouri Inc is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a manufacturing facility with a small team, with opportunities to grow the team. You will drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, throughput, and cost management while ensuring OSHA compliance and company policies.

The role oversees production, maintenance, shipping, receiving, customer service, and administration, fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing.
• Experience with freight coordination and TMS is preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant functions and promote safety and quality.
• Schedule materials, labor, and production to meet sales demands.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize turns.
• Coach and develop plant staff and temporary-to-hire employees.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Coordinate with sales and corporate leadership on delivery and service.
