The role oversees Hazleton plant operations for metal closures across dairy, beverage, juice, sauce, and household products, driving strategies, budgets, and continuous improvement to achieve outstanding performance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing operations experience.
• Strong business acumen with ability to manage P&L performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with union contract administration and labor relations.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, quality, maintenance, materials, HR, and finance to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to position the plant as a cost-effective, high-performing producer.
• Establish and manage budgets, cost controls, and continuous improvement programs.
• Drive a results-oriented culture by defining accountability and developing high-performing teams.
• Partner with Quality and Procurement to meet customer requirements and drive supplier collaboration.
• Foster collaboration and participative leadership across departments.
• Support food safety and product safety systems within the plant.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Operations leadership.
