Job summary

Silgan Closures in Hazleton, PA, is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our metal closures manufacturing site. You will oversee Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Materials, Human Resources, and Finance to drive safe, reliable operations.

Reporting to senior operations leadership, you will guide daily activities, support department managers, and ensure the plant achieves goals in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and workforce performance.

Hazleton produces a wide range of metal closures that support many of our core customers across the dairy, beverage, juice, sauce, and household product industries. The plant produces multiple closure sizes and styles, including continuous-thread and tamper-evident options, with both lined and linerless designs that help ensure product freshness, safety, and optimal performance.
