Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in an industrial plant environment (production, distribution, safety, and/or maintenance).
• Five years of direct people management with demonstrated results.
• Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) standards and EPA/PSM-regulated facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability, compliance, quality, and safety programs; ensure government and environmental regulations are met.
• Manage operational and capital budgets; be the primary point of contact for customers and joint venture partners.
• Monitor production and manpower to maintain efficiency and develop contingency plans.
• Drive productivity improvements, cost savings, and a high-performing safety culture.
• Ensure timely completion of all compliance-related activities; work within a matrix organization.
