You will empower staff, optimize daily operations, and deliver top-tier service to customers while upholding SRM's safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring proven leadership in logistics or plant operations, experience with dispatch software, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership to develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong customer service mindset and relationship building.
• Solid understanding of logistics, supply chain, or plant operations.
• Experience with dispatch software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant team to achieve operational excellence and outstanding service.
• Oversee daily plant operations including staff scheduling, load planning, and route optimization.
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales to exceed customer expectations.
• Implement and monitor metrics to assess efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular meetings to review performance and address challenges.
• Develop relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting to improve efficiency and profitability.
