• Five to ten years' experience in manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L duties for the plant.
• Plan and implement organization policies and goals.
• Coordinate plant activities for operational efficiency.
• Establish and monitor product inventory.
• Support Sales in promoting products.
• Prepare reports to summarize plant performance.
• Hire and train staff as needed.
• Supervise up to 50 reports.
