Job summary

Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Plant Manager to join our Team in Plainfield, IL. The Plant Manager position directs and manages all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality, and other production-related activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or five years of plant/general management experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong leadership, knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, quality systems,

Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing operations and maintenance engineering.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, quality systems, and standards.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and related activities.
Coordinate plant activities through planning with department managers to meet objectives cost-effectively.
Develop and control profits, plans, and budgets, and justify CAPEX expenditures.
Establish and monitor plant performance for production and quality standards.
Foster continuous improvement and lead teams to achieve company goals.
Liaise with customers on day-to-day requirements and ensure safety compliance.
