Job summary

Trilogy Communications Inc., part of Marmon Holdings and Berkshire Hathaway-backed Marmon Electrical, seeks a Plant Manager to lead the East Granby manufacturing facility. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and profitability while aligning with business objectives.

You will oversee Production, Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, Purchasing, Warehouse, EH&S, and Continuous Improvement, shaping talent and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years leading a manufacturing facility, business unit, or comparable operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.
• Establish and execute operational strategies that align with company goals and support business growth.
• Translate organizational objectives into measurable plant goals and actionable operating plans.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality, safety, and customer service.
• Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing, process improvement, and performance management.
• Lead capacity planning, resource allocation, and facility expansion projects as needed.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing systems, staffing models, reporting structures, and processes for long-term success.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, engagement, and discipline.
