Job summary

FPC of Wake Forest is engaged to locate a Plant Manager for a great client overseeing a high-volume, multi-site campus. You will drive performance, profitability, safety, quality, and delivery across the operation.

Responsibilities include owning a multi-P&L footprint, recruiting and developing leaders, and driving continuous improvement through standardized processes and KPI enhancements. A strong financial background and proven Lean/Operational Excellence experience are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or another related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment; 200+ employees.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze operating results, manage budgets, and drive profitability.
• Proven ability to implement Operational Excellence methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 6S, and Standard Work.
• Experience leading organizational change, driving cultural transformation, and implementing strategic business initiatives.

What you will need to be successful:
