In this role, the Plant Manager is responsible for the leadership of the site’s operational performance in environmental health & safety, financial results, quality, service, employee relations, and supply chain management. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Plant Manager will actively work to transition to stand-alone plant management duties while overseeing process safety management regulated chemical manufacturing operations.
