Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Plant Manager for a high-volume manufacturing site in Stuarts Draft, VA. You will provide strategic leadership, drive safety, quality, and cost performance, and execute the company''s manufacturing excellence roadmap.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience and a track record in lean, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in engineering or business or 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Master''s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years manufacturing experience with packaging/processing/warehousing/assembly.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior people management role with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, security and asset protection for the site.
• Develop site strategies for COGS reduction and growth.
• Drive lean initiatives and cost reduction across operations.
• Manage new equipment projects and commissioning/verification processes.
• Foster a high-performance culture and talent development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet QA and delivery metrics.
