Yancey Bros. Co. seeks a Plant Manager to oversee all operations of Yancey Engineered Solutions, including production, engineering, quality and sales, and related functions. You will lead, set goals, drive safety, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, a four-year degree in engineering/business/logistics, and a strong proactive mindset to advance the business strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions, including hiring and performance management.
• Ensures divisional alignment with overall Company strategy and initiatives.
• Leads development of annual and longer-term business plans.
• Leads team to develop culture of continuous improvement focused on implementing new methods and processes to deliver improvement in all manufacturing processes.
• Leads team to ensure superior customer experience.
• Develop team to meet business needs
• Oversee operations to ensure safety
• Set performance goals and expectations
• Ensures smooth day-to-day operations of the facility
• Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
