Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. Griffin, GA is seeking a Project Manager to support the order fulfillment of Yancey Engineered Solutions products by coordinating sales, engineering, production and customers to complete projects on time and on budget.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing project management or purchasing, strong Excel, ability to read drawings, and a collaborative, results-driven approach with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a manufacturing project manager or purchasing agent.
• Strong Excel and data presentation skills.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review new projects to confirm cost estimates and timelines.
• Verify quotes meet specifications; consult with Application Engineer.
• Procure items per General Arrangement Drawings; manage inventory.
• Perform month end invoicing.
• Perform month end GL reconciliation.
• Open new orders in systems.
• Back up payroll approvals.
• Coordinate with Production to meet dates.
• Review BOM requirements.
• Support ISO9001 accreditation.
