Job Summary

Overall responsibility for a plant within the regional fleet, which may include multiple sites and mine sites. Provide management and direction of safety, environmental and regulatory compliance, operation, maintenance, technical and engineering support, planning, resource management, project management, staffing, employee development, and community relations.

Job Description

Responsible for all plant/mine sites within the fleet, ensuring efficient and reliable generation and mining operations. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Develop and manage budgets, collaborate with internal and external partners, and administer company policies and labor agreements. Lead labor negotiations and represent Vistra in legal and community affairs. Manage a diverse workforce.
