MCC is seeking a Plant Manager to lead site operations, drive manufacturing policy, and develop teams to meet cost, safety and quality objectives. The role requires extensive Lean and KPI-driven leadership to improve throughput and cost efficiency across the plant.

The position emphasizes cost management, budget monitoring, and stakeholder engagement to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards while delivering business results.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Business; 10 years manufacturing leadership experience.
• 10+ years in Operations/Lean Management with P&L responsibility at plant level.
• Proven change agent with Lean implementation and KPI improvement.

Responsibilities

• Make and approve major operating and cost decisions to keep the plant optimal.
• Develop and implement strategic plans; monitor achievements and gaps.
• Lead safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements across the site.
