MCC Label in Kansas City, MO, seeks a Plant Manager to lead overall site operations and drive manufacturing policy in line with business strategy. You will develop teams, promote safety and quality, and ensure compliance with environmental guidelines while delivering cost-effective performance.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, Lean experience, and P&L responsibility at the plant level.
