Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Plant Manager in Erie, PA to lead a multi‑shift manufacturing operation. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and associate engagement while aligning production, planning, maintenance, supply chain, and continuous improvement activities.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will develop strategic plans, optimize capacity, and foster a high‑performance culture focused on accountability and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field and 10+ years of manufacturing leadership.
• Experience leading multi-shift manufacturing operations and union environments is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plant operations, planning, maintenance, and support teams.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives for multi‑shift production.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business goals and priorities.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, ZEBS, TPM, and continuous improvement projects.
• Oversee capital budgeting, maintenance strategies, and asset management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Quality, IT, Customer Care, Procurement, and Supply Chain to improve performance.
