Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation seeks an experienced Plant Manager for its Flow Systems Drains Center of Excellence in Erie, PA. You will lead a multi-shift manufacturing operation, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals, and mentor a team of managers and professionals in a performance-driven culture.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will implement ZEBS and Lean, optimize capacity, manage capital plans, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver superior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, including plant management responsibilities.
• Experience leading multi-shift manufacturing operations.
• Previous union leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to plant operations, planning, maintenance, and support teams.
• Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand while optimizing capacity.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards and drive continuous risk reduction.
• Accelerate continuous improvement through ZEBS, Kaizen, and TPM.
• Develop and execute TPM strategy, OEE programs, and maintenance plans.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets and drive cost improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service levels and performance.
