The position oversees production teams, budgets, regulatory compliance, and site growth strategies within a world-class healthcare manufacturing setting. Limited travel; career growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years in regulated manufacturing and supply chain environments.
• Able to manage relationships in a matrix organization.
• Proven leadership in a high-growth, dynamic setting.
• Experience driving change and implementing strategic initiatives in manufacturing/supply chain.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience required.
• Strong analytical skills for data review and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site Production and Operations Management with emphasis on output, quality and on-time shipping.
• Lead budgeting, labor, materials and operating expenses; manage cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure GMP, FDA regulations and industry standards compliance across all manufacturing activities.
• Develop organizational capabilities and talent to support current and future growth.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement culture; participate in regulatory audits.
