The role requires extensive leadership experience, a track record in process optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver results and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in regulated manufacturing or supply chain
• Proven leadership in high-growth environments
• Experience managing budgets and forecasts
• Experience with regulatory audits (GMP/FDA) preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and operations management at Savannah site
• Ensure GMP compliance and regulatory standards are met
• Plan and manage site budget including labor and materials
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean/CI methods
• Prepare and present operational and financial reports to leadership
