Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Capable of managing maintenance and engineering personnel.
• Ability to build, maintain, and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall plant operations and production performance.
• Drive efficiency improvements while meeting quality control standards.
• Handle P&L and fiduciary responsibilities for the plant.
