Max Solutions, Inc. seeks a Plant Manager in Sturgis, MI to lead overall plant operations, safety, quality, labor, and cost control. You will build and develop the site leadership team, drive efficiency, and ensure alignment with company goals. This hands-on role requires strong people management and ongoing process improvement.

The candidate will oversee production planning, equipment maintenance, and adherence to GMPs, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably folding carton.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to organize and assign tasks to employees.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan and direct production activities and align with efficiency and cost goals.
• Coordinate production with scheduling, procurement, maintenance, and quality.
• Review production reports to identify nonconformities and issues.
• Prepare and submit required reports.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Director to develop SOPs for quality and ops.
• Adjust production schedules due to equipment failures or issues.
• Oversee the plant's supervision/management team for efficient operations.
• Maintain presses and machinery.
• Engage with hourly staff to improve production.
• Participate in Health and Safety Committee.
• Direct safety and environmental programs for the department.
• Assist HR on hiring and training requirements.
• Aim for Production KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate focus on Safety, Quality, CI, and Customer Satisfaction.
• Adhere to GMPs and related policies.
