You will oversee production, maintenance, manufacturing engineering, and supply chain, develop leaders, and sustain continuous improvement in a multi‑shift, high‑tech environment.

The role requires strong communication, financial acumen, and the ability to build capability and accountability across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with eight years of management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on communication and presenting.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safety Excellence: foster a safety culture, incident reporting and audits.
• People & Organizational Development: drive engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Quality & Customer Satisfaction: ensure quality planning, first-pass yield and root cause analysis.
• Operational Performance & Reliability: maximize efficiency, maintain processes, reduce downtime, ensure on-time delivery.
• Financial Performance & Cost Management: manage budgets, labor costs, maintenance spending and cost reduction initiatives.
