The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced setting. This role reports to the Business Unit Leader and offers strong earning potential with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations leadership.
Experience leading teams in production or industrial environments.
Experience using SAP, ERP, or CRM systems.
Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and manage all daily plant operations to ensure efficient workflow.
Lead production and maintenance teams, driving safety, quality, and productivity.
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
