Job summary

iNRCORE Group seeks a Plant Manager for its Beltsville, MD facility to lead daily operations, optimize resources, and ensure safety and quality. The role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on continuous improvement in a high-reliability manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with a proven background in plant operations, capable of balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of manufacturing or plant operations leadership.
• Proven track record leading and developing teams in production environments.
• Strong understanding of production, maintenance, finance, and workforce management.
• Experience driving process improvements for efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily plant operations for efficient workflow.
• Serve as primary operations leader for the facility and escalate to GM as needed.
• Allocate labor, materials, and equipment to maximize output and asset utilization.
• Partner with senior leadership to implement operational strategies.
• Monitor performance and drive corrective actions for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead, hire, coach, and develop production and maintenance teams for accountability and growth.
