DSJ Global is seeking a Plant Manager to lead all manufacturing operations at a Connecticut facility. This hands-on leadership role covers production, planning, materials, purchasing, inventory, safety, quality, and delivery performance within a project-driven environment.

You will oversee lean initiatives, drive cost and KPI performance, and develop supervision through coaching and succession planning, all while partnering with Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Experience leading production operations, personnel, and budgets.
  • Strong background in production planning, scheduling, materials management, and inventory control.
  • ERP/MRP experience.
  • Proven Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Experience in custom-engineered or project-based manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
  • Experience with transformers, rectifiers, electrical equipment, or industrial power products highly preferred.

A manufacturer of custom-engineered power conversion and electrical equipment is seeking a Plant Manager to lead all manufacturing operations at its Connecticut facility. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for production, planning, materials, purchasing, inventory, safety, quality, delivery performance, and continuous improvement within a project-driven manufacturing environment.
