Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Ten years of experience in quality, product/process/project engineering, or manufacturing.
• Five years in a management role in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of employees to produce products that improve lives worldwide.
• Oversee plant environment, health, safety, and security in line with regulations and company expectations.
• Drive operational excellence across environment, health and safety, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and costs.
• Accelerate value for customers through end-to-end supply chain performance and prompt resolution of inquiries.
• Develop manufacturing strategies for a high-performance workforce, capital planning, and leadership development.
