Vanderbilt Minerals, LLC in Robbins, NC seeks a hands-on Plant Manager to lead mining and milling operations, drive reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. You will oversee QA/QC, maintenance, and Lean initiatives; coordinate with sales and the Vanterra Business Team; ensure MSHA compliance and environmental goals.

Formación

• Education details: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in relevant field.
• Experience: 5-10+ years in industrial mineral processing or heavy manufacturing.
• Proficiency in milling and mineral beneficiation; MSHA safety framework knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mining and milling operations with a 200-ton-per-day capacity and QA/QC oversight.
• Drive preventive maintenance, uptime, and Lean/Six Sigma improvements.
• Ensure MSHA compliance, safety, and environmental standards.
• Oversee budgeting, CapEx, and coordination with Vanterra Business Team.
• Direct maintenance and workforce management for site leadership.
