HandCraft Linen and Uniform Services in High Point, NC is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Plant Manager to lead our operations and safeguard efficiency, safety and productivity.

You will oversee daily operations, staff, budgeting, and safety programs while coordinating with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards. Requires a minimum of 6 years in industrial management; experience in commercial laundry operations preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of management experience in an industrial or manufacturing facility.
• Experience in laundry operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and written/verbal communication skills.
