Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in Early Branch, SC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department for a commercial laundry operation.

You will oversee daily repair and preventative maintenance of industrial textile processing equipment and facilities, guiding a team and coordinating with vendors. Candidates should have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, supervisory background, and PLC programming and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

3+ years industrial maintenance experience with machinery, electronics, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding and boiler applications.
Lead or supervisory experience required; management experience preferred.
Commercial laundry experience is preferred or similar manufacturing industries.
Must have a preventive maintenance mindset and PM program management experience.
Electrical troubleshooting ability and PLC programming experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure safety is priority and protect company assets.
Oversee maintenance, PMs, repairs and installations on plant equipment.
Supervise daily work schedules and provide team direction.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and inventory control.
Monitor utilities use and support energy cost reduction.
Advise senior management on capital expenditures, equipment, parts, and supplies.
