Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Aggregate Operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of mobile processing equipment and pit design.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Oversee daily operations and manage a diverse workforce.
• Develop and execute mining plans while managing the operating budget.
• Directly supervise production supervisors and staff.
