Job summary

Martin Marietta seeks a Plant Manager to lead a sand and gravel operation under the Area Production Manager. The role oversees safety programs, site planning, mine development, quality control, and maintenance while driving cost control and asset management.

Travel to training and corporate offices may be required. Essential functions include meeting safety standards, production targets, and coordinating inventory and product mix.
