Job summary

Dare Foods Limited is seeking a production leadership professional to oversee manufacturing operations across the Western United States. You will lead a ~60-person team, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Applicants should have 5–10 years in food manufacturing with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, and experience in an automated plant environment.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in food science, business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-10 years in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 5-7 years in a management role with leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with automated manufacturing and union facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement best practices across functional areas.
  • Set staffing for salary and hourly positions; lead budget execution for production costs.
  • Oversee warehousing, shipping, and receiving for Western United States.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and efficient manufacturing runs.
  • Lead a ~60-person team and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain facility standards.
