Job summary

CSG Talent seeks a Plant Manager to lead a high-volume production facility in the United States, driving safety, quality, and productivity. You will oversee manufacturing operations, maintenance, quality programs, and a continuous improvement roadmap to meet financial and customer targets.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cost control, and KPI management while developing a strong leadership team across departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, service, and cost objectives.
Develop and execute operational strategies to support growth and customer demand.
Ensure production schedules are met while maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Monitor KPIs such as productivity, yield, labor efficiency, waste, and OEE.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
Champion food safety and quality through HACCP/GMP/SQF programs and audits.
Promote a zero-incident safety culture and ensure OSHA/compliance adherence.
Develop and manage plant operating budgets and drive cost reductions while maintaining quality.
Lead talent development, recruitment, succession planning, and engagement.
Support capital projects, maintenance, and reliability improvements.
Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service to meet client needs.
