Job summary

CNH is seeking a Plant Manager to serve as the site leader for manufacturing operations. You will oversee all functional and production activity, delivering safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost control, and performance against CNH Industrial metrics.

Reporting to the Regional Manufacturing VP, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and align manufacturing strategies with company imperatives to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in a high-paced heavy industrial environment with management/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all manufacturing functions and provide direction to plan, coordinate, and control efficient production of quality products.
• Direct operations to produce and ship equipment meeting sales/marketing requirements in terms of quality, quantity and timeliness.
• Plan and implement manufacturing strategies and coordinate with Corporate functions and other plants.
• Manage process of product improvements to enhance performance, quality and reduce costs.
• Forecast and maintain operational and capital budgets and realize return on investment.
• Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary teams and develop an effective management structure.
• Ensure employees meet performance objectives and plan succession for the plant.
• Ensure facilities and programs meet legal and safety requirements.
