Job summary

Rensa Filtration, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Plant Manager in Colorado to lead a Lean manufacturing culture focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost and employee engagement.

You will direct production and maintenance to optimize equipment and drive data-driven decisions. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, tracking performance, maintaining safety and training programs, and supporting UL documentation and monthly inventory close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes and assembly.
• Proficient with computers, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple areas and tasks.
• Weekend production coverage support.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis activities utilizing structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Responsible for plant P&L’s.
• Plan production schedule, communicate and track schedule with production team.

• Analyze data, make reports, and react to report data to run production.
• Review team members performance.
• Maintain Safety & training system and identify training needs.
• Support customer product & UL compliance with documentation requirements.
• Support monthly inventory and end of month accounting close process.
• Support purchasing materials when necessary.
