Job summary

HM Cragg is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our electrical manufacturing and assembly operations in a high-mix, Engineered-to-Order environment. You will own the plant's financial performance, safety culture, quality systems, and on-time delivery while guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and production.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will build a capable leadership team, drive Lean and continuous-improvement initiatives, and partner with Sales and Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and extensive manufacturing leadership experience required or preferred.
• Experience leading Engineered-to-Order/high-mix/low-volume environments.
• Strong Lean and continuous-improvement track record.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, OSHA and environmental/safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage plant finances, budgeting, and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for plant operations and performance against SQDCI targets.
• Own plant budget, labor productivity, costs, inventory, capital expenditure, and cost improvements.
• Establish disciplined operating cadence with daily management and problem solving.
• Lead electrical manufacturing and assembly in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
• Strengthen engineering-to-manufacturing handoffs and BOM accuracy.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous-improvement culture across the plant.
