Job summary
AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Plant Manager for a leading building products manufacturer in the Myrtle Beach, SC area. You will oversee fabrication and assembly, production, warehouse, quality, safety, shipping, and workforce development.
The role focuses on standardizing operations, continuous improvement, and growth, with a base salary up to 165k per year, plus bonus, relocation assistance, and full benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 5+ years at senior management level in fabrication and assembly in consumer goods.
- Experience overseeing fabrication and assembly lines and related operations.
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, inventory, and shipping.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership of daily manufacturing and production floor operations.
- Lead plant operations across production, warehouse, quality, safety, inventory, and shipping.
- Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and production growth.
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Set and monitor manufacturing KPIs and targets.
- Oversee material planning, inventory management, and shipping.
- Ensure OSHA, ISO 9001 compliance and quality standards.
- Support new product introductions and workforce development.
- Identify improvements to processes, staffing, and capacity.
