Job summary

Piping Rock Health Products, INC is seeking a Plant Manager to lead three shift operations with a hands-on, data-driven approach. The role emphasizes safety, quality, cost control, and associate happiness.

Prior pharma/nutraceutical/food processing managerial experience is important for driving high performance. The ideal candidate will ensure GMP/CGMP adherence, develop safety programs, and manage production to meet quality and cost goals while supporting continuous improvement and staff

Qualifications

• Ten years of management experience in pharma, nutraceutical, or food processing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
• Strong leadership and safety culture with GMP focus.
• Spanish fluency is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations across three shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and monitor safety, quality, and OEE tracking protocols.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EPA, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate supervisory staff for safe, productive operations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and control costs.
