Job summary

Carlisle Companies' Baltimore plant is seeking a Plant Manager, Operations to lead a $40MM+ metal fabrication operation across two shifts. You will drive COS implementation, lean, Six Sigma, and standard work to boost productivity and reduce waste while building a culture of accountability and engagement on the floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership of 125+ staff, collaboration with HR, maintenance, quality, and supply chain, and frequent office visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management.
• Minimum 10 years manufacturing experience with demonstrated improvement.
• Minimum 5 years leadership across multiple functions and shifts.
• Experience with ERP/MRP integration; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and lead audits, training, risk mitigation.
• Oversee multi-shift manufacturing operations and maximize throughput.
• Develop and coach leadership team; manage 125+ staff.
• Track KPIs, drive data-driven improvements, and report performance.
• Deploy and sustain Carlisle Operating System (COS).
• Collaborate with HR, fulfillment, maintenance, quality, and supply chain.
