Job summary

SRM Concrete in Georgia is seeking a proven Plant Manager to lead our operation with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time concrete deliveries. You will coach and develop a high-performing plant team, optimize daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive collaboration with drivers, dispatch, and sales.

As a hands-on leader, you will monitor metrics, drive continuous improvement, and align staffing, load planning, and route optimization with SRM’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose: Inspire, coach, and develop your plant team to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding service to every customer.
• Oversee daily plant operations: Manage staff scheduling, load planning, and route optimization to ensure efficient and timely concrete deliveries.
• Champion customer service: Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales teams to exceed customer expectations and resolve any issues with urgency and care.
• Drive performance: Implement and monitor key metrics to assess plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Foster a culture of safety: Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies, creating a safe and positive work environment for all.
• Promote teamwork: Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
• Build relationships: Develop strong connections with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members to support seamless operations.
