SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our operation, empowering a diverse team to deliver on safety, quality, and timely concrete deliveries. You will oversee daily plant activities, coach staff, and collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales to exceed customer expectations.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership in logistics, a track record of safety compliance, and proficiency with dispatch software and Microsoft Office.
